I am currently looking for a quiet and comfortable studio where I can focus on my academic work. I live a healthy and disciplined lifestyle—I do not smoke, drink alcohol, or have any pets. I am a clean, respectful, and responsible tenant who values privacy and a peaceful environment. Having a calm space to study is very important to me, and I will take great care of the property.
