Hi! I’m Ruby, a full-time ESL teacher and Resident Advisor in downtown San Diego. I’m clean, respectful, easygoing, and value a peaceful home environment. I’m looking for a room in Downtown San Diego, Golden Hill, Bankers Hill, Hillcrest, Mission Valley, Little Italy, Cortez Hill, or nearby areas. My budget is around $1,000–$1,250/month depending on the location and amenities. I enjoy going to the gym, hiking, beach walks, cooking, and exploring San Diego. I don’t smoke, don’t use drugs, and drink only occasionally. I appreciate open communication, keeping shared spaces tidy, and being considerate of roommates.
