Looking to share a rental house

Hi there! My boyfriend and I are actively looking to find a responsible professional, couple, or small family, to apply to rent a 2-5 bedroom house with by the end of May. It may be an unconventional route, but it’s a fun and cheaper option for everyone if the owners allow it. I’ve talked with a few owners so far, and the majority are okay with this situation. Many are pet friendly as well. That’s what we’re looking for because we have a smaller golden retriever and would love to have a good yard for him. If you have a pet as well that could be fun! We are looking at Bonsall, Fallbrook, Vista, or Oceanside. If we rent a house that is between $2,900-$4,200, then it would be a very good deal for us all. Your rent would only be $1,000-$2,000 for a room depending. My boyfriend and I will pay the larger chunk for the primary bedroom. You’ll also have your own bathroom of course. If you have children, we could make that work too! A credit score above 650 and good rental history for all adults would be ideal to make it work. My boyfriend and I fit this requirement.
