Take over lease at The Rive

Hello! I am looking for someone to take over my lease at The Rive from June 5th to July 25th. It is a one-bedroom apartment, furnished (including TV, furniture, fridge, bed, etc.), and has washer and dryer. It has a pool and gym, clubhouse with amenities such as pool tables, study/office areas, amazon lockers for packages. Utility bills are not included in the rent. There is wifi for tenants, so you will not need your own router. Super close to SDSU, there's restaurants nearby, USPS, UPS, CVS (walking distance). The pictures are from because I have not cleaned my apartment at the moment but I found pictures of the exact layout as my apartment, and also included the floor plan layout directly from the .
