Roommate needed in Throggs neck, Bx

I’m a medical professional looking to find a roommate, female preferred. I have a 2BR/1BA in Throggs Neck neighborhood (Revere Ave) Bronx, NY. Available July 1st or sooner. Cost of rent, electricity and wifi would be $1500 total/mo. Pets are allowed. The unit is on the 1st floor of a 2 story house. It includes: -Parking in the back and good parking in the area -Washer/dryer in unit -Heat/hot water -Shared kitchen and bathroom -Living room is furnished with sofa, 55” tv, desk, bar/dining table -Large bedroom with dresser and wardrobe closet. A/c unit included. You will need to bring a bed. My primary residence is a house in CT that I spend the weekends at with my husband and pets. I use this apartment 2-3 nights during the week and if needed the weekend when on call. I’m quiet and like to keep this place clean. My husband and friendly dog visit one day a week.
