I am a 4th year med student and will be leasing at my current apartment for another year starting - July 2026 to May 2027. After living here for a year, can vouch that it is a great gated neighborhood that comes fully furnished with utilities included at a great price for the area. Your share will be $1300/month. Great location between Miramar and Fort Lauderdale. No smokers, No Pets, No Partying. I am a student and will be studying evenings. Prefer a student/or other medical students.
