Looking for a comfortable, respectful, and easygoing place to call home? I’m a male in my 40s looking for a like-minded housemate to share a clean and relaxed living environment. The available room is approximately 10x15 ft and includes your own private bathroom, plus additional storage space in the garage. You’ll also have full access to all shared/common areas including the kitchen, living room, and laundry. The household is low-drama, clean, and respectful, and I’m ideally looking for someone of a similar age who is employed full-time, responsible, considerate, and without children. This would be a great fit for someone with a steady routine who appreciates a calm and comfortable home environment. Utilities including PG&E, water, and garbage are split between housemates.
