Summer Sublease Available at The Knoll at Dinkytown! Looking for a convenient, comfortable place to stay this summer? I’m subleasing my fully furnished two-room apartment at The Knoll at Dinkytown from May/June through the end of July, with the option to renew into the next school year. The lease is $899/month. You’ll have the entire apartment to yourself — no roommates — though there may be flexibility to coordinate with the leasing office if you’d prefer to share. There’s also a bus stop right outside the building with both Metro Transit and campus bus routes, making it easy to get anywhere you need.
