The space is really special - it’s a top-floor apartment with a huge wraparound balcony and views of both the ocean and the canal. The beach is directly across the street, and everything you need (cafes, restaurants, CVS, etc.) is within walking distance, [REDACTED] The apartment itself is clean, peaceful, and well-kept - not a party house. It has a calm, cozy energy and feels more like a retreat than a typical Miami apartment. You’d be living with one other roommate (26, female), who is very kind, respectful, and works as an overnight vet tech - so the environment stays quiet and easygoing. Rent is $2300/month (utilities included). The room is available May 1, with some flexibility for the right fit.
