My roommate and I are looking for a new roommate to join our 3-bedroom apartment starting June 1, 2026, as one of our current roommates is moving out. Rent is $1,217 per month + utilities (split evenly). The apartment includes laundry, a dishwasher, and a back porch, and is located in Somerville, MA with convenient access to public transit, including the Red Line and bus routes 96, 88, 87, and 77. The available room can comfortably fit a queen-size bed, desk, and bureau, and gets great natural light. It also includes closet space. You’d be living with two roommates who are working professionals—friendly, easygoing, and enjoy watching sports. We keep the apartment clean and fairly quiet during the week.
