Hi! I’m looking [REDACTED] living with two other roommates. The rent does fluctuate but the highest it goes is $850. The reason is fluctuates is just because of the utilities changing every month. The one who takes care of the payment always sends a screenshot of the itemized bills. I’m just looking to move out and move in with my boyfriend in another state. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with one other person. As of right now, that one other person does have a boyfriend living here, but everyone typically keeps to themselves. Barely noticeable. They’re looking to move out soon as well, so at some point, there’d be a whole new person, I just don’t have a timeline of them moving. The person who does the payments has been here 3+ years, and doesn’t plan on leaving any time soon. There’s really no drama here, we don’t do pets, and we just respect one another’s space.
