Looking for an apartment in Berlin

My boyfriend and I (French) are currently looking for an apartment in Berlin starting from early July (flexible move-in during the month).
What we’re looking for:
2–3 rooms
Budget: up to €1200 warm
Preferably long-term
Anmeldung required Ideally in the southwest area (near Charlottenburg) since we both work there, but we’re open to other areas with good transport connections. We already live in Berlin, have stable situations, and are available for viewings anytime.
Non-smokers, no pets Quiet, respectful, and we value good relationships with neighbors. My boyfriend is Orthopedic technician (insole adjustment specialist) and I'm an Early childhood educator (French-German kita).
