Looking for a third roommate!

Hello! Me and one other person are looking for a third roommate in eastern Sacramento. We are both 23 and male, and we're looking for someone around the same age as us. I work in folsom and he works in roseville, so we are looking to find a place in [REDACTED] apartment yet, but we are planning on moving around the end of April or the beginning of May. You must be clean and fine with pets, as i plan on getting a cat soon after I move in. We are fine with any gender, as long as youre ok with (potentially) sharing a bathroom with one of us. I like to bake, so you can have some of my cookies and cakes as well! Both of our price ranges fall into the $1000 range, but we'd prefer to shoot for around $850 if possible.
