Hi! I am subleasing my room in a 3x3, my other roommates are also subleasing. The apartment is fully furnished with dressers, bed frame, bar stools, desk, night stand. You’ll have access to incredible amenities: ping pong /pool tables, gym, hotub/pool, study rooms, free coffee etc. It is located across the street from Keck Hospital and you have access to a shuttle that goes to Union Station & UPC. Here are the dates: May 1- July 18th, move-in date is very flexible! There is an opportunity to take over the lease in the same unit for next year. There is in-unit laundry also.
