I am renting out a room of my townhouse, which includes a shared bathroom and private closet. Wi-Fi, electricity, and water are included in the rent. The townhouse is conveniently located very close to KSU campus and downtown Kennesaw. The bedroom is currently unfurnished, but it can be furnished upon request for a higher rental price.
