Looking for a clean female with preferably one child. Looking to catch up on things and be in a safe space. Does not come with nonsense, trouble, drugs, excessive company, uncleanliness. Looking for someone reliable that I could potentially make a full time situation. To hold room: $350. Balance goes towards move in. Move in fees: $1200 if no fee has been paid to hold space. First come, first serve. Living room is still being furnished but the space is full of carpet, clean, maintained and safe. Right across from police substation. Quiet area off to itself.
