Hi, my name is John. I am a 65-year old business owner. I am looking for a roommate for my 2 bedroom, 1 bath, 2nd floor apartment. Large 13 X 10’ bedroom with walk-in closet, fully furnished with new furniture, brand new mattress, TV (with access to 5,000+ streaming channels on Roku), and vintage stereo. Includes electric, water/sewer/trash, WiFi, Community swimming pool is open until dusk. Laundry facility onsite. Parking available in guest parking spaces. 1 block from bus stop. Picture of bedroom is to show furniture. It is not the actual bedroom. You’ll have shared access to living room, bathroom, dining room, and kitchen. Must be fully employed. No drama about the rent on time! Must be approved by landlord and pass criminal background check. Absolutely no drugs, no smoking, no heavy drinking, no overnight guests without approval, and abide by all property rules and regulations. Rent is $1,000 per month, due promptly on the 1st of each month. $1,000 security deposit can be split into 2 monthly payments if necessary. 6 month rental agreement and month to month afterwards.
