Hi, I am looking to sublease my room at Fieldhouse Dinkytown (May to July 2026). It is a spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. As my roommate is female student, I'm looking for female subleaser. The rent is $650/mo, since I signed a lease at a discounted rate compared to current prices. You will have access to a fully equipped gym, a pool, and many newly built common areas. The room comes fully furnished with a bed, a desk, and a mattress. The apartment is located in Dinkytown, near the university. For now, you will have just one roommate, so an extra room will be available.
