Queen mattress and bedding, dresser, night stand, closet, it also Includes Wi-fi/internet, TV, keypad door lock, patio, furnished kitchen to share with oven, stove, grill, air fryer, instant pot, refrigerator, microwave, appliances, living room, there is also washer and dryer available in the unit for use.
There is ample parking in this gated condo community that also has a swimming pool. Functional, Practical, Easy access to UNLV, Airport, Strip. this Room shares a bathroom. FYI it is currently a mixed household 2 male 1 female - the room does share a bathroom, must be ok with the arrangement etc.
We seek a nice person, student or working professional, Fyi no drugs or major criminal background issue, and no pets. Landlady prefers unvaccinated tenants, (and/or at least no plans for more shots, etc.)
