Looking for a room

Hi everyone! My name is Gabby and I am a 26-year old professional. I have my bachelors and currently work in healthcare. I also have a pretty cool cat! I am looking for a room to rent in Pittsburgh, preferably North Side (West Allegheny would be super nice:)) or somewhere in Shadyside, Friendship, or Lawrenceville. But to be honest, as long as there's a bus nearby to get me downtown I'd be open to anywhere! My budget is around $800 and I would like to move before the end of this month or as soon as possible thereafter. I have had my own apartment for the past two years however there was some water damage in my house due to the hard winter this year and I discovered mold that unleashed from that incident unfortunately. My current landlord has been kind enough to let me off of the lease so that she can fix things and that I can find a better place to stay. I would be open to all sorts of situations (subleases, temporary stay, month to month) just as long as I can have my own private room for me, and my little guy (10 year old cat) can stay there as well!
