This setup offers a large open living area, private bedroom space, walk-in closet, and full bathroom. Private entrance through patio area for added privacy. Shared access to kitchen and scheduled laundry use upstairs. All utilities are included (electric, heat, water, WiFi). Parking available. Outdoor patio and yard access included. The space is currently being renovated and updated, with improvements in progress. Updated photos and final details will be available soon. This is a calm, respectful home environment and is best suited for a single occupant. Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis. No parties or excessive noise.
