Friendly couple, no kids or pets, seeking a roommate for our home in Park View Terrace, near Bonita Mall and close to the 54 and 805 freeways. Located just 15 minutes from downtown San Diego and Coronado Island, the property features two available bedrooms, each equipped with a full closet, bed with a new mattress, desk and chair, and vanity. Guests will have access to high-speed WiFi, a fully stocked kitchen with cookware, washer and dryer, central air conditioning, as well as a backyard furnished with patio seating and a BBQ area. The garden features various plants and vegetables. We prefer an active, busy student or professional female.
