Roommate wanted starting May 1st for a 2-bed/2-bath apartment in Cardiff- just minutes from the beach. You’d have your own bedroom + private bathroom (connected), and rent is about $1,600/month after including utilities. Washer and dryer in unit as well. I’m [REDACTED] someone similar.
