The condo also includes in-unit laundry with a full-size washer and dryer. The room includes a full-size IKEA bed, a desk with a chair, and a walk-in closet. The unit is well-maintained with neutral decor. Internet is included, there is no water bill, and I subsidize up to $50 per room for electricity—tenants only cover any excess. The condominium offers a pool and a small community gym. The apartment is shared with professional roommates. I manage the property directly, so communication is clear and any maintenance issues are handled promptly. Students must provide a co-signer; working professionals should submit their last three pay stubs. There is a $49 application fee through RentSpree and a refundable $500 security deposit (if no damages) required upon signing the contract to secure the room. RENTAL DETAILS:
