It is a newly renovated, all-girls household looking for a preferably clean and quiet person to fill the last spot! * 3 bedrooms
* Rent is $2850.00 (without utilities) for 3 people
* Partially furnished (including a couch and kitchen table)
* Dishwasher + new kitchen
* 1 full bathroom and 1 half bathroom
* Free in-unit laundry
* Parking (costs extra, needs to be discussed with landlord)
* There are 2 floors, the unit is not shared with anyone else
