I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for a 3 bed / 2 bath single-family home in Manhattan, KS. The house is only 2 years old and has:
-A garage
-Front and back patio areas
-Pet-friendly living The house will be professionally cleaned before anyone moves in. It’s available for a lease takeover starting May 1 and there’s no subleasing fee—just the application process with my property management.
