Me and my roommate are looking for a roommate to sublet for March- April. Can move in immediately. Rent is $1,377 Total (From now (March) through April 25th. Utilities: •Gas and Wi-Fi: approx. 55/month per person • LADWP (electric/water/trash): 1[REDACTED]60 per person every two months (varies by season) Location: We’re in a great area with amazing restaurants nearby, within walking distance to grocery stores and CVS, and close to bus stations if you don’t drive.
