- bathrooms on both [REDACTED] group of people. Near the on ramp, west side of I-25 has sound barriers, quiet exit, trails to walk. "West side is the best side." Some of the roommates have been here for several years now. The main thing is just being considerate. There would be people with all rooms rented. Late twenties to early thirties at the moment. No preference.
