I’m looking to rent a room, with hopefully just one other person (preferably female). I have a small dog (potty trained), and have a daughter that will stay with me on weekends. I am clean (not messy) and don’t have a lot of visitors (only my daughter). I have a good stable job also, but focusing on down debt
