35 year old single guy working remotely for a large security company, looking to rent a room for a few months while I continue stacking some savings. My weekdays are pretty structured: • Work from home 8am–5pm • Gym from about 5pm–7pm • Evenings are usually spent either watching something on tv, playing video games, doom scrolling, or occasionally going out to socialize. I’m pretty easygoing, not overly religious or political, and I generally get along with most people. I’m social when the moment calls, but also perfectly content doing my own thing. I keep my living space clean and organized, so ideally I’d be living with people who also understand that dishes don’t belong in the sink for three days and the common areas aren’t your bedroom floor. My sleep schedule usually lands somewhere between midnight and 2am on weekdays, and weekends depend on what kind of shenanigans I end up getting into. I have two vehicles: • A ¾-ton truck (daily driver) • A sports car Street parking is totally fine with me. If there’s only one spot available, I’ll figure out a solution for the sports car. My Ball & Chain: I have a cat named Denzel (yes, like Denzel Washington). He’s about 2–3 years old, neutered, litter-box trained, and very chill. He gets along well with people and dogs. I haven’t tested him with other cats yet, so that’s still an unknown variable. I’m alcohol and 420 friendly. Ideally I’m looking for a bare/unfurnished room so I can set things up the way I like.
