I have 2 out of 3 rooms available for rent. Rooms are 11x10, 12x11, and a larger 18x13. $950 is for the larger room and I am willing to lower the price for one of the smaller rooms. The only utility would be a split amonst tennants for electricity. Please ignore the furniture in the pictures, rooms are serving as temporary storage for the time being.
