You will have a lot of privacy. The location is ideal, just off I-77, only 1.5 miles from the North Carolina state line, making it easy to access Charlotte, NC, Fort Mill, SC, and Rock Hill, SC. This area has some great attractions, like Carowinds, which is just 1.3 miles away, and the Anne Springs Close Greenway, perfect for those who enjoy hiking and biking amidst beautiful lakes and hardwood forests. Restaurants are close as well. There are also hospitals and urgent care facilities in close proximity. Please keep in mind that this rental is for one tenant only.
