A $250 non refundable deposit is required. Spacious room available for rent in a clean and quiet home. Rent includes all utilities (electric, water, gas, and internet). You’ll also have full access to the kitchen for meal prep and on- washer and dryer for laundry. The bathroom is shared. Located within walking distance to Rhema Bible Church and a nearby bus stop, making it ideal for students or someone without a car.
