This is a beautiful single family home in the Skansie Pointe housing development in Gig Harbor. It is ~15 minutes from downtown Tacoma and ~25 from downtown Bremerton. The current lease ends in September. Price is all-in.
Whoever is moving in would have two entire bedrooms (bordered in red in the photo above) with both closets and a full bathroom to his/herself with shared access to the rest of the common spaces. The bedrooms do not have ceiling fans, but they have in-wall heaters. There are not pictures at the moment as the bedrooms are being used. Inquire for more.
The property has a one-car garage and a driveway for one car. I am generally gone 6am-7pm, Monday to Friday. I keep the house quite clean and intend for it to stay that way. The entire neighborhood is smoke-free.
