ISO private room/bath

I'll be moving to the surrounding Phoenix area around May/June and am looking for a house or townhome (or room in one) for rent or sublease. Priorities are:
1. Must be dog friendly (I have 3) with fenced yard 2. Private bathroom
3. No more than 2 roommates
4. No more than a 20 minute commute to MWU CVM
I anticipate to be working 70+ hours/week, so people who are dog lovers and wouldn't mind letting mine outside and giving them extra love would be great 💕 A little about me- I work in veterinary medicine so huge animal lover. I enjoy camping, hiking, horseback riding, and concerts. My home is my safe haven so I value having a clean, peaceful place to come back to each day.
