Hello all, looking for someone to take over my lease. Room comes with a desk, shelves, and a dresser. $410 rent, water is included; electric usually comes to around $60. Bathroom is shared, kitchen comes with dish sets and cookware. The lease would last until the first of October at which point you may choose to re-sign. Roommate is nice, utilities are shared between. The only downside is that the apartment does not allow pets (not even lizards). My phone number is if you're interested
