$800/month – Utilities Included Private bedroom and bathroom available in a 3-bedroom home located in a quiet neighborhood next to a park and close to hiking trails, camping, and the equestrian center. Available now. I have a outdoor dog and indoor cats, so applicants must be comfortable living with pets. No additional pets, please. Female applicants only.
Lease term is 6 months to 1 year. $200 deposit and first month’s rent due at move-in.
Background check and proof of income required. This is a quiet, stable home environment. Looking for someone who is clean, responsible, financially stable, and respectful of shared spaces.
