Hi! I’m Nathaniel — I’m easygoing, respectful, and pretty low-key during the week. I work full-time and keep a consistent schedule, so I appreciate a clean, calm home environment to recharge in. I’m tidy in shared spaces (kitchen and bathroom especially), good about communicating, and always pay rent and utilities on time. In my free time, I like staying active, getting outside when I can, and relaxing with a show or cooking something new. I’m friendly and social but also respectful of personal space. Ideally looking for a roommate who values cleanliness, open communication, and a drama-free living situation. Non-smoker, no pets, and looking for the same.
