Hello I have a brand new studio/apartment for rent in Glendale. Everything is new just build last month. Kitchen, bedroom and bathroom are all separated. Detached from house, private entrance. I’m asking for $1000 monthly with all utilities included. Deposit of also $1000. Deposit can be paid in parts. I’m looking for someone responsible and that will take care of it. Small nice cozy place
