Looking for a studio to rent

Hi, my name is Valentina and I'm currently looking for a studio to rent that is around $1,200-1,300. It must be pet friendly as I have an 8 year old siberian husky. She is very quiet and doesn't bark or howl (odd for a husky but she is entirely silent) I am a very clean, respectful individual and hope to find somewhere that will work for my dog and I. I do not drive as I have a seizure disorder (epilepsy) so parking space is not an issue for me.
