I’m a 61 yo NP/RN ISO housemate male or female looking to rent an unfinished apartment in the Brookline/JP/AB/Bos area for May 1. I’m looking for a 2B2B+ apartment, close to mbta routes. I’d like a cat, but not a deal breaker. Cool if you have a pet too. I’d like to keep my monthly housing outlay to $2500 including utilities. I’m easygoing, kind, friendly, and considerate, good with living amicably and independently while open to hanging out if it happens organically. I don’t drink or smoke, but don’t mind if you do. I’m quiet, clean, and responsible. I’m good in the kitchen, read, write, explore Boston and travel when I can. Interests in tv include Peaky Blinders, Outlander, Succession, and Boston sports.
