It includes one bedroom with a 3/4 refrigerator in the room. The living room, kitchen and bathroom are shared spaces. Two people are able to dwell comfortably as well as independently. The backyard is nicely furnished with fruit trees and umbrellas providing shade. The basement has a washer and dryer along and a half bathroom. I always enter the house through the kitchen.
