Looking to rent a Master Bedroom

Hey ya’ll! I’m a casting director and I’m newish to Long Beach! I❤️LB! I’m looking for a space over 500 sq feet preferably or a large room with house privileges, in a good school district for my toddler and I. I have my own furniture but could use yours or get a storage, whatever’s clever. I only have my almost 4 year old 50% of the time currently and she’s in preschool when I’m working. We stay to ourselves and are usually not home but are very friendly and easy to get along with.
