This small double room comes with a decent sized built in wardrobe and large window so plenty of natural sunlight. Room is unfurnished but can leave the double bed frame if desired. The House is a 3 bed terrace house down a cul de sac, quiet neighbours and surrounding area. 1 full bathroom with another toilet downstairs. Large living room/ Dining area / Work Space. Tom (My Partner), 30, Film Editor Hannah, 30, Brewery Ops We also have a super friendly cat Mika that doesn’t like other pets, so sadly we can’t take a housemate that has any pets themselves. 🐈‍⬛ Really chilled house, happy for friends and partners to come around but no late nights during a work week as we all work 9-5! We love hanging out together in the shared spaces as there is plenty of room watching films and heading down to the pub / our breweries. The area:
Turnpike Lane has some great restaurants and coffee spots nearby and we are only a 20-30 minute walk up to Alexandra Palace which is lovely to visit in the summer and for gigs.
