Looking a roommate! (Private room)

March 1 start Sublet for room in basement unit on the corner of South Service Rd and Ogden Ave. Direct access to QEW. You get your own room, and we would share the kitchen, living space, and bathroom, and in-suite laundry. No couples. TO BE CONSIDERED please reply with a little about yourself - this is a roommate search and I want to be with someone I can be friendly with! & please include if you have a car or not. Otherwise, I will not reply. Rent negotiable for the right person! No pets please. Also, only looking for female roommates only. Living space is furnished. There’s tandem parking, so we’d need to coordinate some days if you have a car. Hydro is extra - about 50 bucks a month, but can vary. Minimum stay 6 months please! We would need the following to submit to the landlord: 1) Completed OREA form for each applicant. 2) Proof of employment with statement of income OR student loan documentation (OSAP, etc) 3) Landlord references 10 minute walk to Dixie Mall, No Frills, Winners, Longos, Starbucks, LCBO, Shoppers Drug Mart. 5-10 minute drive to LA Fitness, Freshco, etc. We share the backyard with the upstairs neighbors. I’m 28, female, am gone most weekdays from around 7am-8pm. Just looking for someone chill and please - must be clean & tidy! We can chat and see if we get along. I mostly keep to myself but I wouldn’t mind having someone to be friendly with from time to time. I cook on weekends. Let’s not be strangers.
