House Share Available – Quiet, Comfortable, and Spacious We have a large 3,500 sq. ft. home on about an acre and a half that we’re sharing with the right person. This is more of a house share than a typical roommate setup. The home is currently occupied by two professional women. We’re friendly and social — we often cook or eat together — but everyone also respects privacy and downtime, so you can be as involved or independent as you like. The available bedroom is oversized, fully furnished, and includes a private bathroom and a small loft area. It’s the only bedroom on the second floor, so it feels very separate from the rest of the house.
Common areas are cleaned every two weeks, and there’s plenty of space to spread out. Morning coffee on the front porch or relaxing under the gazebo tends to be part of daily life here. This would be a good fit for another professional looking for a calm, friendly comfortable home. Must have verifiable income and a car. This house is in a country setting and 4 miles from the interstate. (30 minutes to New Orleans)
