Private bedroom available now in a 3-bedroom, 1-bath apartment in Astoria. Female preferred. The bathroom and kitchen are shared. The apartment is in a safe neighborhood, just a 10-minute walk to the R train, and close to grocery stores and laundry. Utilities are not included. No pets. No guests.
