Hi! I’m looking for a new roommate to join me when my current lease is up on June 1st. My current roommate is moving out and we can either reapply at my current condo or find a new place together! My landlord is really nice and very responsive when we need anything. Your room is unfurnished. The rest of the living spaces are furnished, although we can make space for any of your items. I have a senior cat and he’s super friendly, but he gets stressed with other animals so please no more pets. I’d love to connect with other women, nonbinary people or queer men. Please have a steady job and ok/good credit. I’d get along best with roommates that are tidy and considerate. A little about me: I’m 38, I work full time at a non-profit and spend my free time listening to records, watching movies, and enjoying nature. I don’t have overnight guests, but I wouldn’t mind the occasional guest/hosting people when discussed beforehand depending on how my roommate feels. Other cities I’d consider to rent in: Laguna Beach, Aliso Viejo, Laguna Niguel, Dana Point, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano
