Large, bright ' furnished bedroom in a 4 bedroom house with semi private bathroom next to the room. Exterior door is on back patio in a great old house with 2 other roommates. John acting student, I'm a work at home artist. Both of us are friendly and tend to be very quiet. House is very clean and centrally located between Santa Monica and Melrose near Fairfax. Walking/biking distance to shops, WF, TJ’s, restaurants, Cedar Sinai Hospital. the homeowner and have lived and rented rooms here for years. Must have limited possessions because it is furnished.
Necessary requirements:
Must be a quiet person, responsible, considerate, very clean, and respectful.
Must be Ecologically minded and energy conscience
Must Recycle, Shoeless house No long showers, over use of W/D, leaving lights on, excessive use of heating, etc. California has lack of water issues we care about.
WIFI is provided.
