I’m looking for a private room for a short-term stay of up to 4 weeks maximum. I’m respectful, clean, quiet, and easy to get along with. I don’t smoke and I take good care of the place I stay.

I’m ready to move in immediately and can pay cash upfront after viewing the room. I’m mainly looking for somewhere safe, comfortable, and in a convenient location.
